Job summary

Physicians Regional Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care following the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where employed.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Documents care, assessments, and education in the medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Responds to emergencies with CPR and life-saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
