Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM.

ER RN responsibilities include triage, monitoring, administering medications, and coordinating care with physicians. Active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years ER acute-care needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years recent ER acute-care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing.
• Dependable and professional with commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals.
• Complete assessments and documentation.
