Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Burlington’s emergency department provides 24/7 care as a Level III Trauma Center, staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and Telestroke access. The RN role supports rapid assessment and treatment for serious injuries and life-threatening conditions.

We seek compassionate, skilled nurses with accredited training, Wisconsin RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where practicing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
