Job summary

Pro Med, LLC invites experienced ER nurses to join a Critical Access Hospital in Roundup, MT for night shift coverage. You will deliver high-quality emergency and acute care in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with doctors and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include Montana RN licensure (or eligibility), BLS, ACLS/PALS, and TNCC/ENPC within specified timelines. ADN candidates may apply with BSN preference noted, and new grads with licensure are welcome.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred but ADN accepted
• Montana RN license or ability to obtain before hire
• BLS (CPR) certification required
• ACLS & PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• TNCC/ENPC required within two years of hire
• Med-Surg or Emergency Nursing experience preferred but new grads licensed are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on individual needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Respond quickly to emergencies with sound clinical judgment
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Participate in on-call rotations for night, weekend, and holiday coverage
