Qualifications

• RN licensure in California (required).
• BLS and ACLS certified (required).
• 1–2 years ERRN experience preferred.
• Cerner and Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients at intervals per policies and procedures.
• Protect patients from injury from extraneous sources.
• Ensure procedures are performed on correct site, side, and level.
• Communicate patient status to care team across continuum.
• Administer medications safely and correctly.
• Evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Document nursing care accurately and legibly.
