PCH Princeton Community Hospital in West Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in an inpatient setting. You will use the nursing process, apply clinical knowledge, and exercise independent nursing judgment to achieve quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS within 30 days of hire, and may involve temporary or graduate permits with state boards. BSN preferred; strong collaboration with the care team is essential.

Formación

Current RN license in the state where services are provided or an eNLC multi-state license.
Must possess temporary or graduate RN permit as required by the state board.
Must obtain permanent RN license within 90 days of graduation (where applicable).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

Provide direct patient care within a designated shift based on the nursing process.
Assume responsibility with appropriate authority and independent nursing judgment.
Collaborate with the health care team to deliver coordinated patient care.
Update daily care plans according to patient acuity and available resources.
Mentor and develop others; participate in performance improvement activities.
