Responsibilities include delivering high-quality emergency care, performing assessments, administering treatments, and educating patients. Requires 1+ year ER experience, RN license, and nursing degree, with essential certifications due within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS, ACLS & PALS required within 30 days of start date.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and emergency interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and exceptional patient experiences.
