Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in McKinney, TX. Multiple shifts are available (day, night, mid) with full-time, part-time and per diem options. An active RN license and ADN or higher nursing degree are required, with ER experience preferred and ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license, unencumbered.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for urgent medical care.
• Treat trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, med administration and equipment use.
• Participate in code blue and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
