Job summary

Inuplands is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver rapid, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients across acuity levels, coordinating plans with the nursing team and physicians.

The role requires an active Indiana RN license (or compact state) and preferably a BSN, with prior ED experience beneficial for delivering safe, efficient care in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department.
• Coordinate individualized care plans and supervise care by the nursing team.
• Educate patients and families during critical moments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for timely treatment.
