Job summary

StaffDNA in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room to provide critical, timely care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries in a fast-paced setting.

You will rapidly assess, triage, administer medications, perform emergencies, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong decision-making and the ability to thrive under pressure in an ER environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in New Mexico.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Experience in acute care or ER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients to determine urgency of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed in high-pressure situations.
• Perform emergency procedures such as wound care, intubation, or defibrillation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
