Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The RN will provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care and coordinate with families, leveraging bedside reports and teaching to support optimal outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced emergencies. A valid RN license and current BLS/PALS/TNCC/ACLS certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license and required certifications (BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS).
• Minimum 5 years RN experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
• Proficiency in healthcare technology and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on current standards.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team through interdisciplinary communication and shared governance.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor for staff and students to foster a skilled workforce.
