Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. The position covers 12-hour shifts, 0.9 FTE, and requires current WA RN license plus BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC within 6 months. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 2-year commitment.

Must meet ED nursing standards and participate in shift teamwork. Graduates from accredited nursing programs with ER experience are encouraged to apply. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN license.
• Current and unrestricted WA nursing license; BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents patient care and vital signs accurately.
• Provides direct patient care in ED per policy and procedure.
• Works as part of the health care team to promote quality care.
