Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem hospital shifts in Virginia. The role offers $57.65/hour with flexible scheduling, daily/weekly pay options, and the chance to work around your availability while supporting local healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include triage, medication administration, patient monitoring and coordination with physicians. Active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and credentialing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Able to complete facility credentialing requirements.

• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
