Job summary

Soliant Health seeks experienced ER nurses for a contract in Michigan's fast-paced ED. You will provide direct patient care, triage, and critical interventions, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts weekly (night or mid shifts), with no on-call and potential extension. Weekly pay ranges from $1,924 to $2,105 and eligible benefits are included. Bring your clinical expertise and compassion to a team committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• BSN degree required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• Minimum of one year ER nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptable and able to excel in a high-acuity environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, emergency staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage and effectively respond to emergencies and rapidly changing situations.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and uphold all safety and infection control policies.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and care plans.
