Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Services department in Prescott, AZ. The ER unit accommodates 20 beds with 105 patient visits per day, and operates with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

The contract is 13 weeks with 12-hour day shifts every other week, requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays. Candidates must have a valid RN license, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and BLS, plus at least two years in ED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and BLS certifications.
• Competency in Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.
• Experience with maintaining sterile fields.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam with 80%+ within two attempts.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in the ER and manage high-volume throughput.
• Conduct EKGs and telemetry monitoring across beds and halls.
• Support Hold management and patient throughput with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with central line dressing changes.
