Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan seeks a licensed RN to join a collaborative nursing team providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting. This full-time role schedules 3 twelve-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM with every-other-weekend rotation.

ER or ICU experience is preferred; eligibility for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment, and comprehensive benefits. Vaccination requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
• ER or ICU experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
• Observe, assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
