Baptist Health Care Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nine Mile Emergency Department in Pensacola, FL. This PRN position delivers professional nursing care following the nursing process and collaborating with the care team to meet patient needs.

The role requires Florida RN licensure or eligibility, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days, along with solid communication and documentation skills to support safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED setting.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Florida or eligible compact state at hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) at hire.
• ACLS Provider (AHA) at hire.
• PALS Provider (AHA) within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Assess and prioritize patient and family needs; develop and communicate plan of care with the team.
• Safely deliver medications and treatments; monitor responses and follow safety policies.
• Perform continuous patient assessment and communicate changes for timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with department to meet goals and maintain professional standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and maintain licensure and competencies.
