Methodist Richardson Medical Center in the Dallas area is seeking a registered nurse to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care on a 12X3 night shift. The role requires leadership of assigned team members and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold Texas RN licensure (or eligibility). At least 6 months RN experience is preferred. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience.
• Be accountable for your performance.

Responsabilités

• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Direct and supervise other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
