Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care per RN role and ED protocol.
• Monitor infection control practices across shifts.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks as needed to ensure patient flow.
• Educate staff and participate in ongoing PI monitors.
• Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary departments.
• Oversee orientation and annual evaluations for ED staff.
