Job summary

Health Here seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to deliver direct patient care across all ages with varying acuities in a full-service hospital.

Key duties include patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; promoting family-centered care; ensuring safety and regulatory compliance; and collaborating with the care team and families to meet post-treatment needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Additional: Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care and educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Working in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness.
