Responsibilities

• Communicates with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participates in daily unit huddles to assign shifts.
• Provides patient/family education and acts as a resource for existing staff and new employees.
• Maintains compliance with NMHS policies and regulatory requirements.
