Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Active Georgia RN license required; multi-state license with Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with attention to symptoms, status changes, and diagnostic results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate admissions and discharge planning and ensure continuity of care through documentation and communication.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care; prepare patients for examinations and procedures; supervise support staff and ensure proper operation of equipment.
