Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document care in the medical record accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
