Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Orientation, competency validation, and ongoing annual training completed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process aligned with ANA standards to deliver comprehensive care.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
