Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Participate in unit councils and Nursing Quality Teams to improve patient experience and safety.
• Mentor and support new graduate RNs and other team members.
