Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Secaucus, NJ seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The role covers acute patient care, central line care, venipuncture, IV therapy, wound care assessment, and execution of the Plan of Care in alignment with diagnosis and policy.

You will document assessments, manage nutrition support (enteral and parenteral), administer medications including critical drugs, and uphold strict infection prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• BS in Nursing required.
• Valid NJ state RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA approved).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across age groups according to policy.
• Perform venipuncture, IV therapy, and monitor pumps.
• Assess wounds and manage care plans with timely documentation.
• Administer medications including critical meds and evaluate responses.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols including PPE and hand hygiene.
• Utilize ESI triage, activate ER protocols and respond to emergencies.
