Job summary
An established staffing company is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays while maintaining patient safety. This long-term contract role offers a competitive salary of up to $2,840 weekly with benefits. Experience with imaging modalities and knowledge of radiology protocols are crucial. Certification from the ARRT and BLS is mandatory, as well as a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the field.
Qualifications
2 years of continuous DRT experience within the past 3 years.
Able to function independently for various imaging sequences.
Certified and licensed by the State of California in radiography and fluoroscopy.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiology procedures including X-rays.
Ensure aseptic techniques during procedures.
Prepare patients for imaging procedures.
Skills
Proficient understanding of anatomy
Experience with various imaging modalities
Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiology
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with ER settings
Education
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
