Job summary

CHI Lisbon Health in Lisbon, ND seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to serve as a critical lifeline in a close-knit community. You will deliver broad-spectrum emergency care, stabilizing patients and coordinating care across teams in a supportive, rural setting with a strong sense of community.

Qualifications

ER or inpatient experience of 1 year or more is required.
Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician.
ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or CALS certification.
Unrestricted medical license and DEA.
Shift-based condensed schedule (Ten 24-hr shifts full-time).
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient demographics and needs.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients of all ages (children to geriatrics).
Emergency room consults, triage, and medical care.
Round, admit and manage health needs of patients with complex conditions.
Inpatient care and procedures within your scope of practice.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, and care teams.
Engage in quality and process improvement to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
Ten 24-hour shifts per month; full-time with onsite coverage.
PSLF-eligible employer.
