Job summary

A medical staffing agency is seeking a qualified physician for an Emergency Medicine role in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The position includes a contract duration of 13-26 weeks with the possibility of extension, requiring 3×12-hour shifts weekly. The candidate must hold an active Oklahoma license and have significant Emergency Department experience, with ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. Ideal candidates will see 2-3 patients per hour and manage both acute and chronic conditions in a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages and managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Night shifts: 7p–7a (Main ER)

Patient volume: Expected to see 2 - 3 patients per hour

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

Family Medicine board-certified physicians with significant Emergency Department experience will be considered.

Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience preferred

Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.

Comfortable treating patients of all ages and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
