Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing (OK Board referenced).
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent preferred.
• Clinical hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned; process orders and dispense per policies.
• Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department and promote patient safety.
• Enhance accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to improve outcomes.
