Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
• License as a pharmacist in good standing with the OK State Board.
• Must maintain preceptor license with the OK State Board upon hire.
• ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire.
• Board certification in related practice area encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Aid in ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
