Medical West Hospital Authority in Hoover, AL is seeking a Patient Care Tech for our freestanding emergency department. Under RN supervision, you will assist with patient care, take vital signs, assist with hygiene, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification, with ability to lift and move patients. Strong communication and EMR skills are essential; weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move patients and provide personal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities.
