Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No hospital experience required; experience often preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; CPI upon hire.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and be self-directed.
• Effective planning, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Perform clinical duties as outlined by departmental competency.
• Support nursing and hospital administration by following established objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Accurately document patient-related tasks.
• Maintain professional knowledge and required certifications through growth and development.
• Adapt communication and explanations to the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
