Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, KS is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to assist in providing high-quality emergency medical care and rapid transport. You will support a healthcare team, maintain ambulance readiness, and follow established medical protocols in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires KS paramedic licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential, with full-time day shifts and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Parademic license in KS required or preferred.
• Cardiac life support certifications (ACLS/BLS) required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist higher-trained personnel in patient care and transport.
• Maintain clean, stocked ambulance and comply with infection control standards.
• Complete patient care reports and required documentation.
