Pivot Path Solutions, LLC, based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, seeks a Nursing Assistant to support patient care in the Emergency Room at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, WA 98431.

This role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment supporting the military healthcare mission. The ideal candidate will show strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in urgent situations,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and CNA program completion.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• Minimum one year of CNA experience in ER/urgent care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong English communication with patients and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care per SOPs and provider orders.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Assist with hygiene, safety, daily living activities, and mobility.
• Support providers during exams and procedures, including prep and specimen collection.
• Observe and report patient changes and act as safety attendant when needed.
• Document care and communicate patient information to the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient transport, admissions, discharges, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient care areas and clinic operations.
• Demonstrate effective English communication with patients and team.
• Utilize basic computer skills and medical terminology in documentation.
• Exhibit professionalism and strong interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
