Qualifications

• Current Iowa-registered RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Ability to document care in the EMR and perform computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing standards and follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Assess patients, collect data, and create goal-directed care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively and participate in unit meetings and training.
• Respond to emergencies using established protocols.
