Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in the Washington, DC area. Nurses with ER experience in trauma, care of psychiatric patients, and fast-track are encouraged to apply. Shifts include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem options available.

The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license. ACLS/PALS preferred. Expect fast-paced care, collaboration with physicians, and opportunity to participate in trauma and code situations.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, operate equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan of care.
