In Henderson, NV, Incredible Health is actively recruiting an Emergency Department (RN) to join a Level 3 trauma center team. Shifts available: day, night and mid shift. Job types: full time and part time.

Requirements include ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license. 1+ year ER experience preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred. Responsibilities include triage, trauma care, administering medications, responding to code blue events, collaborating with physicians, and educating patients and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Triage and quickly assess patients’ needs, prioritizing care.
• Monitor patient health conditions and administer medications and other treatments.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and respond to code blue events.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
