Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• RN license in good standing; eligibility in applicable states (IL/MO/compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional ALS, ENPC, NRP, PALS, TNCC as listed.

Responsibilities

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
• Triages and prioritizes care to optimize throughput and safety.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes and plans individualized to the patient.
• Implements and coordinates care to promote health and safe practice.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes and communicates effectively.
