Job summary
Signaturecare Emergency Center Master in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join a busy Emergency Care Facility. The role requires an NP/PA license in Texas and 5+ years of hands-on ER experience.
The candidate will conduct consultations, perform exams, order tests, interpret results, diagnose conditions, and provide comprehensive care while complying with HIPAA/OSHA and company policies. Full-time/part-time positions with day/night shifts available.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing required.
- Current state NP license required.
- Minimum 2+ years ER experience required.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency with EHR charting and medical instruments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review.
- Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients.
- Order and administer tests, including blood work.
- Review and interpret test results.
- Diagnose health problems and plan treatment.
