Mercy Hospital Stoddard ER in Dexter, MO seeks an RN to deliver patient care using the nursing process, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program (AD/Diploma/BSN).
• Current RN license for Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC certifications may be required depending on unit.
• Other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
