Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role covers a broad patient lifespan from newborns to geriatrics, with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour workweek.

Candidates must hold an active New Hampshire or Compact RN license, ED experience, and be willing to train in pediatric care. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license.
• Emergency Department experience.
• Experience caring for patients from newborn through geriatric.
• Pediatric experience preferred; candidates without pediatric experience must be willing to learn and train.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Emergency Department patients across the lifespan, from newborn through geriatric.
• Assess, monitor, and care for patients with a wide range of emergency medical needs.
• Provide safe and effective nursing interventions in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient care and treatment.
• Adapt to pediatric patient care with training and support as needed.
