Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha is seeking a skilled RN for its 21‑bed Emergency Department in Mount Pleasant. This part‑time role involves fast-paced, comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages, with a 24‑hour responsibility across a six‑week schedule.

Night shifts preferred and holiday coverage is required (one summer, one winter). Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing program completion, valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure a safe patient environment and excellent care across the continuum.
