Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department in Grafton, WI. This full-time role includes night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every 4th weekend and holiday requirements, offering a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will coordinate and deliver evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license registered in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) or within 6 months.
• ACLS certification or within 6 months.
• PALS certification or within 6 months.
• TNCC certification or within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
