Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN-ER to join the Emergency Services team in Baton Rouge, LA for a 14-week, onsite contract. Night shift offers 12-hour days on a 3-day workweek, with stipend and hourly base pay described below.

The RN must hold an active state RN license, BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with 2+ years’ ER experience. The role emphasizes patient care, team collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in emergency care or related setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients and families.
• Lead and collaborate with the nursing team and interdisciplinary staff.
