Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System in Decatur, IL seeks an Assistant Manager-Nursing for the Emergency Department. This leadership role oversees patient care, staffing decisions, and workflows to ensure safe, high‑quality care during evening shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a IL RN license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred, and at least two years as an RN with lead or charge nurse experience. ACLS may be required; CPR is required. The position is 40 hours per week with a competitive pay range.
