Ascension Health's Ascension Via Christi St. Peter in Derby, KS is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This role involves delivering compassionate bedside care, following established protocols, and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate care across disciplines, manage care plans, and support smooth discharge transitions with the care team. Requires RN license and ACLS/BLS; PALS preferred.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensed prior to hire date.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire.
• PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bedside care following clinical protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans and communicate status changes to the team.
• Coordinate across medical disciplines to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Execute orders and coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
