Job summary

Exceptional Health Care in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking an experienced ER Nurse for the Fast Track area during mid‑shift (0900‑2100). You will triage safely, deliver direct and indirect emergency care, and support a patient‑focused environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements include RN license, at least 2 years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong leadership and EMR skills. Join a team that values patient care, growth, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum two years of ER experience or equivalent.
Current nursing license and certifications – BLS, ACLS & PALS.
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and patient flow.
Communicate with Emergency Department physicians about changes in status and results.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
Maintain awareness of ER policies and procedures.
Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes.
