Proforma Health Inc is seeking an Emergency Room RN to deliver high-quality care to diverse, high-acuity patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.

You will perform triage and rapid assessments, provide IV therapy and emergency interventions, and deliver direct bedside nursing care with strong critical thinking. Collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team, you will communicate clearly and coordinate care during urgent situations to ensure patient safety.

Competenze

• RN licensure required.
• Experience or strong capability in ER/emergency care.
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in IV therapy and emergency response.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
