Job summary

The RN will perform nursing assessments, document findings, and participate in life-saving interventions when needed. A strong emphasis is placed on education, infection control, and adherence to standards of practice.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• RN license in state (or compact) required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care following the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with physicians and team to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
